BACKSTAGE
Nathalie and her team will gladly take you backstage, where the juice is made and processed. During harvest time, in late summer and autumn, thousands of apples pile up in the yard and then roll into the presses to yield this precious liquid. The fragrance will stimulate your taste buds and you will not be able to wait for your first taste.
